This large oil painting celebrates the holiday of Lag BaOmer, between Passover & Shavuoth. Rabbi Akiva's students stopped dying and a plague was averted from the Jewish people. Many dance and sing around bonfires as they celebrated 2500 years ago. Most make picnics in the park, where they paly with toy bows and arrows and eat "Al Ha'aish".
